If they don't code this into the engine, it's going to be a pain to mod in, if it's modded it would require hundreds of thousands of new block states because I doubt modders will be able to drastically change the saving and world generation source code. This would make placing walls and placing things to connect to walls pretty straight-forward, and the only issues would be that blocks and especially work stations would need to be modeled so it's okay if the edges clip through the walls a bit, and it would probably increase save memory file size because they need to keep track of world data that isn't simply a block. With this, it would be important for blocks placed on either side of the wall to clip / coexist in the same tile with half of the wall. To make walls like this work, I think the best option would be to make wall "blocks" actually exist on the planes where the tiles meet / be centered on the edges between the tiles. 11 Ravenhearst Mod.The Ravenhearst mod is perfect for players who want a more challenging experience while playing 7 Days to Die. Which means if you don't want to have claustrophobic rooms you have to build the exterior around 6 times the scale. The only type of walls meter thick are the ones surrounding castles. Real buildings don't have 1-meter-thick interior walls, at most it's around 1/6th that width. It totally throws of the scale of builds. I agree, in-fact I will be a bit annoyed if interior walls are even a single block thick.
